How Does Delivery Work?

We operate a weekly delivery on Saturdays. The cut-off each week is at 17:00 on Thursday, any orders received after this will be delivered on Saturday the following week.

The deliveries are operated by ourselves (or Laura’s dad). We aim to reuse packaging wherever possible to reduce unnecessary waste, so if you order one or two bottles, these may not come in a box or bag. All our bottles do come wrapped in our fancy wrapping paper though (we’re very proud of it!)

What If I’m Not Home?

Please use the message box on the order form to provide a safe (and dry!) space for us to leave your order in if you are not home.

Please note that we will only be able to leave your order at the delivery address if we are confident that the recipient is over 18 years of age. Where the person placing the order is a regular customer, this will not be an issue. For new customers where we cannot verify the age, we reserve the right to redeliver at a time where the customer is home.

What If My Wine Is Corked?

In the unlikely event that your wine is corked, we will happily replace the wine where stock is available. If the wine is out of stock, we will refund the value of the corked wine.
